If you do a Google search: spiritual path you will find over 2,000,000 listings. Hope you believe in reincarnation because it will take a few incarnations (and computers) to trudge through all those listings and find the best path for you. But perhaps you do not need to look “that” hard. We have all heard, “When the student is ready, the Master will appear.” Yet, God gave us brains to use. Are we supposed to use our brain - to help narrow down this search for our appropriate spiritual path? God expects us to do something? Does part of “getting ready” mean doing some homework?

Maybe. One of the top listings I found in a Google search for spiritual path is for a Beliefnet.com test you can take to help you decide on what sort of spiritual path best suits you. If you speak English. I have not quite found the means to Google search for multi language spiritual resources just yet. But I am working on it. I did take this test, even though I am on a firm path of Kriya Yoga practice. Still I found the test most informative. I am very glad I took it. Beliefnet.com is a really wonderful spiritual site. Take the test, if you want. I think you will find it rather enlightening.

The path unfolds as you walk it, basically. I do not really wish to begin referencing movies, but I remember in the Indiana Jones movie where he had to step out over the chasm. there was nothing there. It was purely a faith thing. Once he did, a bridge began to build under his feet, as he walked across the chasm.

I know that Providence is like that, too. Do not get the idea that this process follows this model 100% - at least not apparently. There are unseen "structures" built through long forgotten connections before now. Am I leading into some sort of discussion of past lives? No, of course many people do not believe in that concept, in the West. The "one life, one shot" programming has done its job quite well. "How can I say that?" Why not? Appearances barely scratch the surface of what is going on here. We come to where we are from places unknown. We head to places unknown.

Some of the "authorities" of today do not build very strong fortresses of hope - at least not for me. I will only speak for myself. Some science (not all scientists, of course) rests firmly on bedrock of the material world - a depressing, hopeless foundation, for me, at least. I have a lot of interest in science, but I never let my rocket of hope get too near that event horizon of blackhole gravity of dark matter materiality.

The concepts of eternal hell, and salvation only for those who believe a certain way, think a certain way, follow the right "one" are merely a different black hole of dark matter materiality that I stay 100,000 light years away from.

I guide my little rocket ship always in orbits of eternal light and love. That means eternal light and love for all beings, all creatures. Everyone. All humans and lesser creatures following their paths, orbiting whatever suns, in whatever solar systems they need to be orbiting until they get everything all fixed, and all their work accomplished, and whatnot.

Whatever and wherever we all must go, the hope filled paths lead towards greater and greater light. (Yes, my spiritual swami name is Pollanna-annda! Do I sit in my "meditation cave" of my little house with my computer ... typing away in my spare hours ... totally ignoring what is happening in the world? Uh, no.

Neither do I focus on it 85% (or more) of the time. Sometimes the media will do this, causing a mental, emotional and spiritual hope drain that I am unable to contain. Over time, I find myself living in a dark place where I actually believe that this earth is as dreadful as portrayed on the 6 o'clock news. (But it is NOT!)

Wonderful, marvelous spiritual energy is here now! We can rise about the negative energy patterns within and without. No matter how many times they overwhelm us, you know what? We can simply shake our heads, say to ourselves, "I am a happy person right now!" And be one, and act the part!"

What else is there to do? We are the spiritual beings to bring in light! Forget dreadful TV news. Like Martin Luther said, "If I knew the world was going to end tomorrow, I would still plant a tree today!"

I know your spiritual path is there. It is inside you now, waiting to manifest! Just start living your life as if you are on your path (which you are, everyone!!!) and let the spiritual energies flow out of you. "The kingdom of Heaven is within (you)." It is only about turning towards the light! "I will not let anyone or anything crush my hope!" They cannot. The atoms, the electrons, the quarks, all are made of hope!
