The Search for True Love
True Love! This must be what we all are seeking. Well, most of us anyway, right? Countless poems, songs, movies, and TV shows have been dedicated to finding “it.” It is it. Can there really be anything else we are really looking for in this world besides “it?” Well, you know by now, if you have been reading some of the articles and pages on this website, that there is something you can do besides, or in addition to, seeking your “true love” and that is the contemplation of the reality of:
God and Soul
If you are not familiar with Christine Breese, you will love her YouTube metaphysical videos. She has one video that deals with this idea of true love. You can watch it for yourself, and you may gain some insight from it. On the video, Christine says, "If everyone wants to 'be' loved, the who will be the 'source'? You are the source. Be the source of love for everyone, humans and animals alike.”
This is great wisdom and clarity from Christine, in my opinion. It is true, of course, that the love between two people is a very wonderful thing to find. Falling in love, getting married, raising a family ... the whole traditional way of two people making their way through life together is what it is all about for most people here on this planet.
Of course this earth plane is God's Play. It is not really real from God's Perspective. It is changing forms in God's Mind. Whatever that really means. Do not laugh too hard, you Buddhist people. I could have said it is “Turiya - One without a second.” That is Hindu Advaita philosophy at its finest. Now everyone is scratching their heads.
Anyway, to help heal the feelings of lonliness (pining away for true love) one of the best spiritual ways is to begin to be your true spiritual, radiant loving self to everyone. And I am not saying stop trying to find someone to love or marry. Just start right now, where you are. Be a source of love. You do not have to look foolish to people. Just begin to send out the love in small ways to people. All people. All creatures great and small (sound familiar anyone?) To all beings on this earth.
Those around you will start to notice that something is different. You do not have to start wearing different clothes. You do not have to start preaching. You do not have to change your hairdo. Just change your awareness of who you are and how you view everyone. Even your “enemies.” You really do not have any. They are just there to help you (and me - I guess I have to listen to these words as they come off my keyboard!) practice being the source of love. The practice is like “doing the heavy lifting.” Difficult people help you become a real “love strongman!” ha ha (what a weird analogy)
You will find your true love. And they will tell their friends that they really got a “catch!” It will be true of you because you are a source of love and hope (remember that the universe is built out of hopetrons!) for all who come into your field of activity. What could be better?
